Daily Duties at Collectcorp Corp :

The position required relocating to Toronto, Ontario. In addition to the requirements of a collection manager, responsibilities include retraining Canadian collection staff on aspects of American collections. Daily education conducted on collection and state laws, banking procedures, ways of obtaining monies, and skip tracing were held. The main objective was the startup of three American clients including Alegis, Bank of America and American Express. In a twelve month period the gross collections for the United States division rose from four hundred thousand a month to 2.3 million. American Express was accountable for over six hundred thousand dollars of that figure. I was required to oversee the satellite offices in Buffalo, NY. I also handled initial Attorney General Complaints and inquiries
