Daily Duties at United Recovery Systems Lp :
Serviced client relations with American Express, Bank of America, Chase, Discover, Compass Bank, and Citibank. Accomplishments with URS included rebuilding several of the Citibank and American Express portfolios to make them industry leaders competitively. Salvaged and maintained a relationship with Discover Card. I was the initial contact for Bank of America and Compass Bank when they joined United. Placements with Bank of American increased from 3 million a month to currently 17 million generating United Recovery more than a half a million dollars in collections per month. Completed the URS Director of collections training program in 2005.
