Daily Duties at Hyatt On Capitol Square:
Served tables at the Plaza Resturant. Was also banquet coordinator. Set up for private functions at various locations,would coordinate with the chef on the food that was being prepared. Would have servers set up the room and be ready to sevre guests, any where from 15 to 250 people.
