Hired for a start-up office by a pre-IPO company (in the LAN management and troubleshooting arena, as a direct competitor to Network Associates Sniffer) to provide Pre- and Post-Sales support for the four state region of TX/OK/ /AR/LA. Reduced the need for another Systems Engineer by expanding region coverage to include MS/AL/GA/FL.
