Daily Duties at Northrop Grumman:

• Performed all accounting activities for one program of this government contractor. Reported to the Deputy Program Manager. • Created Annual Operating Plan for program management review. • Created Long-Range Strategic Plan for program management review. • Created the following monthly financials for each project: *Indicated Finals (income statements) *Earned at Completion • Performed monthly cash forecast. • Performed monthly variance analyses of all major expenditure categories for program management. • Provided financial data in a variety of formats to internal customers on over 100 Interdepartmental Work Orders (IWO’s). • Provided monthly Cost Performance Reports to government customer, always weeks before due date. • Provided financial data on an ad hoc basis for possible new business opportunities. • Reviewed all government contracts for financial accuracy and adherence to relevant, submitted proposal.
