Responded to trouble ticket requests, processed customer ID requests, customer ID recertifications, customer name changes, database rollouts, mail-in database creation, server backups, mailfile creation, and database restores. Installed and configured 2 Lotus Domino Servers. Monitored server performance and ensured successful mail routing. Assisted end-users with support for Windows 95 and MS Office applications over the phone or in the field. Installed, configured, and tested desktop software
