Daily Duties at Cox Communications:

Responsible for support of cable and telephone company Call Center Director, management and floor staff. Worked with director, director’s E-mail and phone calls to identify pertinent issues and determine appointment scheduling. Processed data from call center managers to produce monthly productivity reports using Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Aspect. As backup Aspect Administrator, ran different programs and input data into daily management level report. Prepared organization charts using Visio. Recorded and distributed weekly meeting minutes.
