Daily Duties at Critical Intervention Services:
? Assisted Human Resources with background checks and past employment verification on new applicants. ? Assisted with creating the schedule for over 120 Field Security Officers using In-Time scheduling software. ? Kept surveillance of remote location cameras on multiple properties. ? Sent out daily activity reports to Property Managers of all properties patrolled by the company. ? Maintained system databases with accurate property information, personnel profiles, and police jurisdiction information. ? Filled vacant field positions on unarmed sites. ? Answered incoming calls for service from property residents in Agency’s Operations Center and dispatched security, police, and emergency services over multi-lined phones and radios. ? Logged all shift hours for Field Officers for billing and payroll purposes.
