Processed warranty, quit claim and trust deeds from old owner to new owner. Worked with life estates. When a deed is missed, I prepare a tax collector memo to be sent to the tax collector office so the tax payer will be sent a new tax bill. Read legal descriptions coming from the clerks office so that the right property is transferred to the right owner.
