Daily Duties at Credit S Olutions :
• Execute manual and automated testing of web applications and custom CRM application used for call center. • Perform all types of testing (functional, acceptance, usability, load and stress). • Write and execute test plans and test cases; manage defects and test cases development. • Create documentation and participate in rollout of new feature release training. • Manage a team of test engineers • Interact with development team, and internal end users about software specifications and changes
