Daily Duties at Aon Consulting:
Worked in various support roles from Call Center to Administrative Assistant assisting Project Managers/Program Managers with their clients. Maintained Help Desk 800 number and emails for Tracker System answering clients’ questions about how the application process worked. Assisted in the design/implementation of the clients’ HR process in the Tracker System. Designed/implemented data entry and scanned forms for Resume Management Department for daily data input used to facilitate reports to management and clients.Scheduled interviews by staff for four months resulting in all interviews done within client deadline.Assisted with the on-site hiring for client resulting in site staffed within three month timeline set up by client.
