Daily Duties at Pharma Care Direct:
Taking inbound calls from Medicare members and Pharmacist. Assisting members with their prescription plan. Assist pharmacists with filing members claims for their prescriptions. Quoting prices of medication to the members. Assisting member in locating pharmacies in their area.
