Daily Duties at Otis Spunkmeyer:
Responsible for the sales and representation of Otis Spunkmeyer products to current customers and prospective customers via inbound and outbound calling. The CRA is the major factor in building incremental sales and increasing the OSI customer base. Continually identify new opportunities for increasing sales. Plan work day so that all calling goals are met and exceeded by completing all scheduled calls each day and assisting on inbound calls as needed. Keep accurate track of all Incremental Sales. Suggesting new ideas for customers to see/market our products to help increase their sales. Identify trends and comments from customers to use in future phone calls to better consult with specific business types.
