Two month PC Rollout of new Dell’s with Global Image of Windows XP Professional. I was responsible for data migration of pst / user data files, peripheral configuration of recording devices, multimedia devices, and wireless cards. Implementing 802.11b, g, and n standards. Deploying command line for logon scripts, batch file IE5 file removal, and executables for Microsoft/Hummingbird passive integration. Software installations consisting of Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional suites. Imaging, building, configuring, troubleshooting and repairing; 250+ Dell Latitude D630's and Dell GX280 Desktops for user/partner specific operations. Including email profile creations and restorations with Outlook 2003. I also assisted in daily help desk support situations pertaining to LAN connection problems and some application support. Most of which were face to face with end user.
