Imaging, building, configuring, troubleshooting and repairing; 250+ Dell Latitude D630's and Dell GX280 Desktops for user/partner specific operations. Including email profile creations and restorations with Outlook 2003. I also assisted in daily help desk support situations pertaining to LAN connection problems and some application support. Most of which were face to face with end user.
