Daily Duties at Target Corporation:
•Consult hiring managers and senior executives on developing effective campus strategies •Responsible for (3) program budgets totaling $300,000 •Provide solutions to clients’ entry-level recruitment needs in line with relevant employment legislation and statutes •Develop and maintain relationships with local colleges and associations •Maintain and develop professional relationships with key campus contacts through close partnerships with career advisors, professors, internal clients and Target field recruiters •Provide consultation throughout the selection process to maximize fit and retention •Develop and build campus new hire pipeline for multiple business areas including Merchandising, Sourcing Services, Target.com, HR and Marketing •Provide trainings for incoming interns on effective and brand right presentation styles •Uphold staffing systems integrity to accurately report hiring metrics
