Created talking points, corporate speeches, fact sheets, employee relations items and other internal communications messaging. Coordinated and directed proactive media events, such as new-city openings, working closely with marketing team to support a consistent companywide message. Served as member of crisis response team. Fostered positive working relationships with airport public relations officials.
