As Senior Manager and lead negotiator, directed a team of contract professionals and program managers to draft, negotiate, and administer multimillion-dollar contractual vehicles for commercial customers, Federal Agencies, State and Local Governments, and Higher Education Institutions on behalf of a $1.2-Billion IT hardware manufacturer. Fully trained all associates in terms and condition review, negotiation strategies, and administrative functions. Set negotiation strategy and acceptable risk level following evaluation of customer RFP and company proposals. Reviewed proposals for terms, content, form, and style, granting final approval prior to document release. Met with customers, including top purchasing officers from State and Local Government, to negotiate mutually beneficial contracts. Served as key resource for questions related to Performance and Payment bonds. Facilitated timely customer rebate and referral payments and ensured accurate revenue recognition was performed on contractual matters.
