Daily Duties at Citi Financial Auto:

Responsible for generating and distributing daily and month-end reports for Risk Management. These reports include measurement and analysis of performance in various areas such as portfolio, delinquency, bankruptcy, repossession, and loss volumes. Also responsible for loss forecasting, this was done building several models that analyze and forecast performance of the portfolio. This data was obtained by performing queries on AS400 databases while collaborating with different departments, such as the Collection Department, the Credit Policies/ScoreCard group, and various other groups to gain an in-depth understanding of various policies, definitions and procedures. Such models were used to forecast and predict loss, decipher trends and assist collections in their efforts based on past performance shown using these models which take into consideration different factors ranging from fuel prices to home ownership status to demographic information such as state of residence, etc. Various departments used our models to monitor those things which adversely affect portfolio performance.
