Daily Duties at Savage Gaudet Design:

Chosen to grow revenue from existing clients and initiate new business by car and motorcycle advertising agency with 10 employees. Managed multiple concurrent deadlines and continually evolving tasks. Aided layout and proofing and market trend and media research. Attended client meetings, brand meetings and photo shoots. Interfaced with Indian Motorcycle, Nissan North America and Toyota Racing Development. • Took on numerous duties from Director of Client Services, including managing photo shoots, writing creative briefs and communicating with design teams, that ultimately grew agency. • Reduced process times 20 hours per week by anticipating delays and issuing pre-designated alternatives to avoid such delays, enabling teams to meet production deadlines ahead of time. • Solidified media exposure for clients by building excellent rapport with several account executives in both magazine and television projects. • Guided Indian Motorcycle client in media and corporate presentations and executed timelines and production schedules consistently for successful print and TV advertising projects. • Instrumental in driving internal branding, design and collateral production processes with designers and vendors that enabled major rollout of high performance Nissan brand in U.S. • Collaborated with Toyota Japan to complete new Performance Parts Catalog for Toyota’s U.S. Racing Division; obtained photos and assisted with catalog layout and proofing.
