Prepared business plans and financial models. Executed, launched and managed five new profitable business channels nationally. Programs included: Customer Referral Channel, Employee Referral Program, Emerging Markets, Affinity Partner Relationships and Branch Alliance. Identified, analyzed and developed new business alliances and partnerships.
