Identified, developed, launched, executed and managed new strategies, channels and opportunities. Interfaced with senior management to formulate the vision and strategy. Analyzed campaign results and adjusted strategies as necessary. Worked with marketing and vendors to develop and deploy communication and marketing strategies. Prepared business plans and financial models. Executed, launched and managed five new profitable business channels nationally. Programs included: Customer Referral Channel, Employee Referral Program, Emerging Markets, Affinity Partner Relationships and Branch Alliance. Identified, analyzed and developed new business alliances and partnerships.
