Daily Duties at Bae Systems:
? Worked with customers to analyze business needs. ? Gathered and documented system requirements. ? Defined functional requirements for product enhancements and modifications. ? Provided capabilities to support analysis. ? Assisted the Manager in providing a variety of Security related services and support to cleared personnel. ? Managed and maintained the Security database, including Facility Information, Program Status, Personnel Security Clearances, and Visitor Clearances. ? Responsible for incoming and outgoing visitor clearance/access certifications for Collateral programs. ? Initiated and reviewed Personnel Security Questionnaires and assisted individuals in the completing their questionnaires. ? Maintained personnel and security files as well as the confidentiality of employee personal information. ? Conferred with senior leadership to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments. ? Developed and maintain strong working relationships with outside company contacts, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility. ? Developed and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders. ? Reviewed resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. ? Worked with the efforts of a Recruiting Coordinator or Administrator.
