A Team Leader on project managing two personnel. ? Provided requirement analysis, documentation support and testing. ? Responsible for the documentation and support of 16 databases on a Lotus Notes platform. ? Accomplished the documentation for all of these Lotus Notes applications on two levels: user and administrator. ? Created and reconfigured client databases. ? Scheduled and facilitated team meetings, drafted agendas, prepared and distributed minutes, followed up on issues and action items. ? Successfully planned my own position by documenting my function and training a competent replacement.
