Seasonal part-time position; Provided administrative support to Owner before, during and after season with various daily tasks; Solicited Schools with educational fieldtrip information via mail and e-mail; Scheduled fieldtrips for schools, birthday parties, company events; Directed schools/classes through fieldtrip rotation once arrived; Supervised employees at different stations; throughout the premises; Calculated timecards for payroll; Assisted in the set-up before opening and takedown at the end of the season
