Daily Duties at Xerographic Supply & Equipment, Inc.:
Provided support in all aspects of sales and maintenance of high end office printers, copiers and wide format machines. Job duties included, but were not limited to: Managed small personnel of small office to make sure daily tasks were being completed properly; Processing monthly billing statements for maintenance contracts; Scheduled and Dispatched maintenance technicians on a daily basis; Ordered, received and returned all replacement parts from manufacturers; File reimbursement requests to manufacturers for repairs completed; provided customer service and placed daily orders for office supplies and replacement cartridges for customer machines as requested; provided daily support for any other aspect of job as requested.
