Daily Duties at Omega Design/Build Group, Llc:
Provide direct support and assistance to Project Managers of multiple hotel projects being constructed through services provided by Omega. Direct job responsibilities included, but were not limited to: Coded and processed monthly invoices for billing to bank; kept track up budgets; created and maintained logs for construction drawings from architects, subcontractor submittals, subcontracts, purchase orders, primary contacts; monthly billing requests and payments. Obtained monthly lien releases for bank; generated monthly progress reports to project owners; maintained project files. Also provided support and assistance in various faculties to Executive branch as well all coworkers in other departments. Did not limited myself to do only what my job description called for.
