Daily Duties at Grande Communications:

Responsible for providing superior customer care in call center to our Waco, Corpus Christi, Mid-land, Odessa, San Antonio and Austin Markets, exceeded ever changing monthly quota, trained evening shift temp. workers, resolved billing issues, created new service work orders, did tier one trouble shooting with customer’s digital devices, created and scheduled work order trouble tickets. Researched inventory control to ensure that disconnected customer’s returned equipment.
