Daily Duties at Pro Logistix:
• Lead and manage 150-175 employees, supervises and coordinates for multiple departments ensuring a productive, safe and inclusive work environment, Assures proper safety focus and required safety processes/training are implemented for employees, Responsible for working within established functional/departmental budgets. Ensures adequate staffing levels according to the departments’ workload. Coordinates necessary staffing changes across departments based on projected volume, Promotes the company’s vision, mission and values.
