Daily Duties at Direct General Corporation:
Oversee efficient training and operation of 47 employees in 14 offices statewide. Develop, implement, monitor and revise revenue and expense budgets. Recruit, interview, hire and mentor employees. Process and approve payroll. Prepare and administer performance evaluations and related salary actions. Administer disciplinary actions, improvement plans and terminations. Prepared and presented executive-level reports and presentations. Developed and implemented various product- and sales-related training modules utilizing the ADDIE Model – Analysis > Design > Development > Implementation > Evaluation. Directly responsible for developing and managing district’s P&L.
