Daily Duties at Sprint Nextel:

•Support Financial and Accounting teams’ goal of completing over 100,000 adjustments and vendors’ disputes by maximizing production via rapid and efficient work, reduce outside SLA from 90 days to 15 days; •Validate and compile different service cost and product cost reports, retrieve, gather data from SQL, reports, billings, invoices, contracts and manipulate the data into excel spreadsheets, analyze and coordinate statistical data and complete comparison and calculations to identify errors, discrepancies, determine accurate processing (reimbursement, chargeback) , apply codes, authorize billing processing and reporting; •Perform key assigned responsibility to work on strategic and national vendors, make presentations and recommendation on the improvement of procedures, create adjustments to resolve client disputes and payment issues utilizing financial data and financial guidelines to ensure compliant and adequate application.
