• Entered and verified alphanumeric data from a variety of sources, including paper-based, electronic and phone into the company database. • Handled complex functions and transactions, including priority accounts that require error-free work. • Resolved problems related to correct data entry procedures, but had to refer unusual problems to the manager. • Coded, searched, extracted and interpreted information to determine correct input procedure. • Coordinated the workflow of other operators. • Used Access to add as well as modifying Database. • Used Lotus Notes for accessing business emails, calendars and application.
