Manager of Safety & Loss Control for a Workers Compensation Administrator that has 5 Self Insured Groups of business within the sate of California. The California Agricultural Food Producers Group, California Farm Management Group, California Livestock Producers Group, California Agricultural (Farmers) Group and the California Residential Contractors Group. I conducted onsite investigations of all groups to fulfill the underwriting process. I supervised a large group of Loss Control Consultants throughout the state of California who performed inspections of the group’s written and physical safety programs and made written recommendations and performed needed training to abate hazards and minimize claims. Developed and presented heath and safety related training. I closely monitored each member’s workers Comp Claims and Loss Ratios and provided direction when needed to control or minimize claims.
