Daily Duties at Triple Net Properties:

1. Responsible for setting and managing the daily production schedule and monitoring workflow to assure project deadlines are being met on time and within budget. 2. Hosted pre production creative briefs with designers, copywriters, brand managers and project owners in an effort to define the audience, purpose, budget, deliverables and deadlines associated with each new project. 3. Collaborated with other company functions and levels of management including national accounts, sales, acquisitions, legal, compliance, events, creative services, training and finance in an effort to develop accurate collateral. 4. Accountable for assisting with content development to ensure the design and messaging are in line with the project purpose. 5. Upheld the high quality production standards set forth in the Grubb & Ellis brand standards guide. 6. Responsible for project routing and approval through legal and/or compliance. 7. Communicated all project status updates to project owner(s) and constituencies on a daily basis. 8. Accountable of setting project budgets and reducing print-related expenses. 9. Oversee ongoing print negotiations to determine the best value. 10. Oversee quality control over all printed company collateral. 11. Ensure the proper distribution of all new marketing materials. 12. Collaborated with the Director of Marketing to set employee goals and maintain the marketing employee rewards program for goal attainment.
