Daily Duties at Adams & Associates:
Primary role and responsibilities include the training and development of 100+ internal sales and service staff members throughout eight branches in three states. Overall objectives of this role included, maximizing talent, education on best practices, motivation of staff, developing leadership from within; development and support of effective communications throughout the organization; and development of standards for performance measurements of the productivity and profitability of multiple staffing and service lines. In addition, this role required the ability to remain fluid to identify opportunities for betterment and support company progress towards key initiatives.
