Office Clerk/Claims Administrator Responsible for coordinating activities for the service technician groups, both field and in house. Assisted service manager with coordinating daily shop activities and field repairs. Communicated directly with customers about invoice and OEM warranty issues. Prepared quotes and estimates for internal departments and customers for any service department related work. Processed and maintained OEM claim records for several OEM's. Processed payroll for 25 hourly and salaried employees at branch level. Performed purchasing duties for the shop, customer and administration's needs.
