Daily Duties at Formula Equipment, Inc.:

Corporate Claims Manager- Developed, administered, maintained and updated all three branch claim accounts according to OEM. Supervised correct billing procedure to all OEM account invoices. Responsible for verification of all claim credits, denials and special policies. Teamed up with accounts payable and accounts receivable departments for proper allocation and timely entry of claims to the proper accounts and on outstanding and pending claims. Additionally worked with corporate sales department and manager to process claim applications to OEM's. Responsible for communicating with customers about anything regarding claim issues.
