Daily Duties at Pace Law School:

Junior Desktop Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing technical support at the desktop level for dormitory students, or remotely for administrative and academic users by installing and troubleshooting hardware, software and peripherals. Other responsibilities include setting up new PC’s and laptops for new and existing staff and faculty members throughout the campus, ghosting OS images and putting computers on the University’s domain and VPN and to make sure they are connected to the network properly either via wireless or hard wired via CAT 5e cables.
