Daily Duties at University Research Associates Aka Super Conducting Super Collider Laboratory:
Served as the Records Officer as coordinator with the Department of Energy in designing , developing and implementing the Records Management Program and related policies in accordance with Federal Requirements. Directed the activities of seven (7) supervisory, professional and clerical staff. Developed strategic plan for implementing records management program for the Laboratory, including training tools for laboratory staff, scientists and physicists. Served on the Laboratory Records Automation Team to design, procure and implement an automated records storage retrieval system for use in all Laboratory facilities including the fifty-mile underground tunnel. Developed strategid plan for protection of historical records relative to the Program after the U.S. Congress cancelled funding for the Laboratory and its primary Project.
