Implemented retention schedules, standard operating procedures and Versatile Records Management software to manage storage and accessibility of all records. Delivered oral and written presentations on strategic plans, continuity of operations and budget requirements, and presented requirements to senior staff and corporate executives. Performed due diligence for hospital facilities being purchased or sold to determine legal records that must be retained by the corporation or transferred to the new organization. Represented the corporation by providing oral and written depositions and ensured confidentiaal medical information was maintained appropriately.
