Daily Duties at Tms Professional:
Train and coach account managers to achieve client defined metrics in a B2B sales environment utilizing "side by side" coaching and quality call monitoring. In addition daily team meetings were scheduled to highlight Top performers, discuss client expectations, discuss strategies for "moving the needle" on identified call quality opportunities. Other activities included daily team performance report to Sr. Mangement and hourly metric reports to the team to assist them with calibrating their day and managing their time.
