Trained and evaluated over 150 Airmen quarterly. Managed munitions account in excess of $1,000,000 in inventory. Wrote and established maintenance operations policies. Performed oral and written performance feedback of subordinates. Restructured logistics account saving $300,000 in one quarter. Maintained armament systems on 5 types of military aircraft. Performed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance functions. Traveled extensively to conferences concerning product improvement. Screened and interviewed potential evaluators. Implemented quality measures to assess production, customer support and scheduling effectiveness. Held top-secret security clearance.
