General Manager – Exel Logistics As General Manager for Exel logistics my Job responsibilities include the following: Overall site responsibility for Thornton IL site. Liaison Between Sears and Exel Logistics. Coordinate home delivery for 18 sears stores from a central supply site. Management of staffing, including an Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, administrative assistant, dispatcher and 21 Owner Operator delivery teams. Conducts quality audits at point of sale (Sears stores) and point of service (customers home). Monitors key performance indicators for Sears customers satisfaction surveys. Primary P/L responsibility
