Management functions include supervision of training and quality assurance staff. Proven interaction with all levels of management and strategic business partners with all aspects of corporate workflow, expectations, and quality initiatives. Developed and deployed corporate training initiatives and oversight of the training and quality assurance functions for over 500 employees in multiple locations. Full responsibility for instructional design, development, and facilitation of new hire orientation program as well as continuing education and management development for entire workforce. Proven developmental design and facilitation of corporate education programs, including written materials, presentation templates, practical application exercises, E-Learning, on-demand web-based training, and competency skill assessments. HBCS Corporate Compliance Committee member.
