Quickly assumed multiple roles for fast-paced cultural/theatrical ad agency, supporting 6-7 art directors and supervising 1-3 production artists. Provided main IT support for 35 people, while directing outside IT support company, saving over $4,000 per month. Implemented a comprehensive review of all office equipment, resulting in over $800 in monthly savings. Instituted a complete font management solution for the agency, as well as redesigning all graphic procedures, naming conventions, and hierarchies.
