• Worked with all applications to ensure testing and production accuracy. • Performed daily, weekly and monthly edits for production job streams. • Worked in a help desk environment to resolve any user issues. • Monitored system console to identify resource inconsistencies and react accordingly with recovery procedures. • Performed abend recovery, change control and also FTP management. • Used IBM/3494 VTS to backup & restore system for disaster testing.
