Provided Administrative support to 3-4 Executives in Financial and Legal Departments. Worked on Power of Attorney, Living Will and Trust documentation. Assisted clients in completing documentation for stock merges. Created and maintained Excel spreadsheets for clients financial G&L on monthly and annual basis. Assisted in updating and creating new MS Word, Excel and Power Point presentations. Created, updated and maintained calendar of events for the team of 3-4 in MS Outlook. Maintained daily correspondence with incoming and outgoing MS Outlook e-mail. Managed filing system for legal documents and confidential information on a daily basis. Coordinated travel needs and expense reports and submitted them to accounts payable.
