Daily Duties at First Performance Corp.:

Responsible for handling an assigned portfolio in the Credit Operations Department. Duties included direct telephone contact with clients concerning their retail credit agreements. Negotiated with clients in order to obtain current status of their accounts, by implementing strategic programs and incentives. Additional responsibilities included the compliance and adherence of governmental regulations and privacy laws; knowledge of a computerized FDR accounts system.
