Daily Duties at Maintenance Systems Management:

Began with the company as a telemarketer for the inside sales dept., calling throughout the Bay Area, setting a minimum of 10-15 appointments per day for the sales reps. After 6 months of employment I was promoted to Administrative Assistant, working directly for the company president, overseeing the telemarketing dept. and assist the sales reps with all of their needs. Responsible for entering leads into customer database and update the sales reps appointment board. Confirm all appointments made, reschedule if necessary. Also responsible for writing, typing and editing proposals, and service contracts, memos, customer correspondence and other documents, and distributing all incoming mail. Create monthly incentive bonus program for the telemarketing dept.

What they like about Maintenance Systems Management:

The social vibrance of a hiring firm is very important to you. Your ability to make and maintain friendships there is a critical part of your decision. You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social. When you investigate a new hiring company, ask recruiters, managers, and potential co-workers about the social life and opportunities there. This is especially important when you are relocating; moving dramatically alters your social sphere both inside and outside the workplace.
