Daily Duties at Mid States Technical:

Program management of failure analysis and technical report writing on warranty air compressors used in heavy duty automotive braking applications. Review project instructions and specifications to identify modify and plan requirements for testing. Networked with engineering personnel and Six Sigma team in order to resolve testing issues relating to field failures and product recall. Train and manage design engineers and test technicians in teardown procedure and analysis of air compressors. Wrote work procedures for warranty engineering analysis. Setup and conduct tests of warranty units and components under diverse operational conditions to investigate proposals for improving equipment performance.
