SWAT - Systems Analyst: using operating systems NT 4.0, 2000 Adv. Server, and these remote diagnostic tools: Terminal services, Carbon Copy, & Compaq Insight Mgr. Diagnose Hardware & Software Problems with Servers; including Diagnosing the resolution for customer’s websites, and network problems, etc.
