Daily Duties at Eds:
Assisted callers with information in behalf they medical plan options as far of medical & dental, the amount that should be deducted from them by pay check period or annually.Provided information in how to use the web for any upcoming life event, (marriage, full time student status, dropping medical coverage, gained coverage under another source). Directed each employee to find the proper claim initiation form related for reimbursement purposes. Warm transferred the participant to the carrier, to ask them what will be covered under the current plan than they do have, in case of a major medical condition.
